Admission Requirements

 

Admission Requirements for a Master of Arts in Public History

  • Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Official GRE general exam scores
  • Cover letter stating reasons that the applicant wishes to enter the program in Public History
  • Sample of written work such as a research paper
  • Complete application to the Graduate School

 Minimum Criteria for Unconditional Admission:

  • (Undergraduate GPA X 100) + GRE-V + GRE-Q + (GRE-W X 100) = 1550
